Increase Resilience with Mindfulness 4-week series, via Zoom
Thursdays, 4:00-5:00pm, April 15 - May 6th
This 4-week class will teach you basic mindfulness and stress reduction tools, help you understand your emotions and triggers, and increase your ability to respond more positively to people and situations. Participants should plan to attend all four classes and have their video turned on during group discussions.
Registration is required, and you will be signing up to attend all four sessions. Space is limited. Please note: If you have taken this class before, please do not sign up until the day before the class begins, if space remains. We want everyone to have a chance.

Beat the Winter Blues
A 2-part workshop offered in December and January.
Many people notice a decrease in energy and enthusiasm during the winter season. This workshop helps people understand what Seasonal Affective Disorder is as well as the commonly experienced slump many experience during the winter months. Coping strategies will be presented along with effective treatment options. Taught by Susan Axe-Bronk, PhD.
