About Eat Well
Eat Well Watertown is Live Well’s longest-running program that teaches people how to selected fresh, local ingredients and prepare a wide variety of healthy, multicultural dishes. Our programs provide nutritional and health information on the dishes featured as well as resources on gardening and growing indoor herbs. Healthy eating requires access to healthy, fresh, and affordable food for a nutritious and balanced diet. Eat Well Watertown is committed to developing and offering programs to those who can benefit most. Please share your thoughts and suggestions to help us reach all members of our community.
